At HYPE, we believe that meaningful youth work starts by listening. Consultation is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that the voices of young people, volunteers, trustees, and the wider community help shape our services and programmes.

Our approach is collaborative and evidence-based. We work closely with management committees, boards of trustees, partner organisations, schools, parents, and local communities to identify needs, develop solutions, and create opportunities that have a lasting impact.

Whether supporting an existing youth organisation, developing a new project, or delivering community initiatives, HYPE provides professional consultation in areas including:

St Comgalls Youth Club

For the past 2.5 years, HYPE has proudly managed and delivered the day-to-day operation of St Comgalls Youth Club in partnership with, and through ongoing consultation with, the Board of St Comgalls Youth Club.

Working closely with the Board, we have developed a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment where young people can learn new skills, build confidence, make friendships, and reach their full potential.

Our work at St Comgalls Youth Club includes:

Delivering weekly junior and senior youth club sessions.
Planning and delivering engaging programmes and activities.
Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers.
Safeguarding and ensuring the wellbeing of all young people.
Managing the day-to-day running of the youth club.
Organising community events, trips, and celebrations.
Developing leadership opportunities for young people.
Building partnerships with local schools, community organisations, and statutory agencies.
Securing funding and grants to enhance opportunities and improve facilities.
Listening to young people's views and ensuring they help shape the activities and future direction of the club.
